Sergei Bakin was born in 1954 in Kazakhstan. He graduated from the Republician Art Schol in 1973 with a dipolma of honor from the department of painting, sculputure and archiecture. He is a member of the All - Union artist association. His paintings can be ound in museums and private collections around the world.
