Diana received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wooster College and followed up with post-graduate study at the Cleveland Institute of Art, the Cooper School of Art, the Atlanta College of Art and the Art Institute of Chicago. She also has taken Master Classes from Marc Chatov, Albert Handell and Nelson Shanks.
Diana’s first love has always been figurative work, but she is equally capable with landscapes and still lifes. Artscape Magazine described her work as “. . .polished, almost photographic realism. Representational art that is accessible . . . faultless technique.”
Diana has appeared in numerous juried and invitational shows. She has received local and national recognition, including being awarded 1st place in the AFL-CIO Union images national competition and Best Figurative Work at the Annual Baer Art Competition at the Beverly Art Center, among other 1st Place and Best of Show awards.
